Do you know how some of your favorite celebrities were discovered? You probably don't know many others besides Justin Bieber and Jennifer Lawrence. That's okay. The focus isn't where they came from, it's where they are now right? Well, today I'm going to list a few of my favorite singers and actors and tell you their origins.

The 14 Year Old Paparazzo

Regular teenagers might get a job at McDonald's, Tim Hortons or maybe not even get a job, but fourteen year old Austin has chosen a very different career path considering his age. He has decided to become a 'paparazzo' more known as someone who violently takes pictures of celebrities and sends them to the public eye.

Many people question how well his parents are actually doing their job. Austin is allowed to wander the streets of Hollywood alone to get snapshots to publish. He's often out late at night waiting outside of clubs and restaurants for the celebrities to come out in the open. Would you let your fourteen year old kid set out on his own in the streets to take pictures of famous icons? He surely has a lot more freedom than any other fourteen year old that I know.

Personally I think that it's great for Austin to be working at an early age and to have the passion that he has. But, I think his mom should be giving him freedom to a certain extent. I think that he should have at least someone other than his paparazzi friends going with him to make sure he's staying safe. There are many things that can happen to a fourteen year old that is unsupervised. I'm not saying for his mom to be dragged around in a car at three in the morning chasing after her son while he runs through the streets when he's doing his job. I think his mother should at least be a little bit more protective.
Tell me what you think in the comments below! There is a documentary you can watch called "Teenage Paparazzo" which is how i found out about Austin.

Celebrity Endorsed Products

Getting celebrity endorsements are great ways to advertise products as well as convince the consumer to buy them. These advertisements are created to make the consumers think that their idol loves (insert product here), and that's why they should love it too. But is it wrong to make people believe that the person they love is doing the ad for money?

I know that money is everything these days and that people will do whatever they can to increase their riches. As we know many celebrities do endorsement deals for products to make more money, and others do them because they actually like and support the product(s). Is it really necessary for the already rich to become more rich and fool their fans as well?

Your values are influenced by ---> Peer values
                                             ---> Celebrity values
If you trust your idol immensely, you would not be very happy if they said they loved Pepsi in a commercial then walked off the set and drank Coke. Some fans, as crazy as they are, do everything that their idols do and buy everything their idols buy as well. If a celebrity is going to do an endorsement, they at least do it for a product that they like. Fans love the opinions of celebrities on products, clothes etc. because they feel closer to the celebrity and live a bit more like they do. It brings the fan into a small portion of the celebrity's life.

I think it's perfectly fine to have celebrity endorsements but, I think that the celebrity should actually like the product before advertising it.

Feedback is always appreciated!
